No, There’s no repairing for stethoscopes except replacing the repair kit(Repair kits are brought from the manufacturer 3M ), beyond replacing ,there’s no repair except replacing a new one.You can go to our Shipping And Returns Policy page for further informations.

No, We engrave the stethoscopes before importing them to Sri Lanka. There are no qualified engraving facilities in Sri Lanka which are suitable for engraving authentic instruments like stethoscopes.

Absolutely yes, We buy from Autorized Littmann dealers so there’s no doubt about the authenticity of the product. When you buy you can check the stethoscope’s authenticity using Littmann’s learning app. You can enter the serial number which is engraved on the chest piece of the stethoscope into the app and check whether it is identified as authentic
