Please note that regular transit time excludes weekends and holidays. If you have specific delivery time requirements, kindly include them in the order comments – additional fees may apply.
Upon delivery, it is crucial to inspect the goods carefully for any damage, as Meddoz.lk cannot accept responsibility for damage in transit, delivery shortages, or product loss unless reported via telephone within three working days of delivery.
Shipping costs start at 500 LKR for lightweight single items such as stethoscopes or student accessories.
While we dispatch orders in good faith via your chosen delivery method, we cannot accept liability for any delayed deliveries. We will actively work to recover any funds paid for your selected shipping option. Please note that adverse weather conditions affecting the delivery schedule may exempt shipping fee recovery.
All delivery services require a signature as proof of delivery to your specified shipping address. Any adult signature at the shipping address will constitute legal delivery fulfillment.
Note: We cannot ship to non-permanent addresses such as university hostels or offices. If delivery needs to be arranged to such locations, the client assumes responsibility for any misplacements of the order.
Returns & Refund Policy
A product purchased from Meddoz.lk may be returned for the following reasons:
If the product arrives faulty or damaged.
If the product is incorrect due to a mispick or misinformation (must be reported within 15 days of receiving the product/s).
If the customer finds the product unsuitable or is dissatisfied with the product.
Items returned to Meddoz.lk for the above reasons should be done so within 15 days of receipt and must meet the following criteria:
Goods must be returned in the original packaging.
Any free gifts or additional bundled items delivered with the product must also be returned.
Obtain a Returns Authorization Number and label the parcel with it.
Failure to meet the above criteria may result in the rejection of the return.

Clearly display the returns number (which is given in the email) on the outside of the parcel and in a covering letter explaining the reasons for the return.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of various types of non-faulty products:
Any orders that have been personalized (such as engraved stethoscopes) or specially manufactured will not be accepted for return (unless faulty), as they have been personalized or made to order. All faulty engraved items will only be eligible for a like-for-like replacement. Engraving on any replacements will be the same as the original. Any specially manufactured products made to order.
Certain products will need to be inspected by the manufacturer before we can return the product to you. You will be made aware of this when you contact us.
In some circumstances, when products are past their warranty or repairs are outside the warranty terms, a charge may occur.
